February 25, 2026 – Versalift and France Elévateur, part of the Time Manufacturing Company (TMC) and long-standing expert in truck-mounted aerial work platforms, today announced the launch of its new V-Range, a fully standardised 3.5-ton truck-mounted aerial platform series designed to meet the evolving needs of European rental companies, utilities, municipalities and telecom operators. The launch marks a strategically significant expansion of its European product portfolio, addressing one of the most persistent gaps in the market: the absence of high-quality, competitively priced solution in the light-duty vehicle class.

The V-Range consists of seven fully standardised models, with working heights from 17 to 27 metres, all mounted on 3.5-ton chassis. All models are designed to support daily professional use in demanding environments, from urban maintenance to utility and telecom operations and will be rolled out progressively throughout the year.

“Customers have been asking for reliable, cost-effective 3.5-ton vehicle mounted access platforms”, says Uwe Strotmann, Chief Commercial Officer for TMC Europe. “V-Range is our answer – and a clear signal that Versalift intends to lead this segment.”

Designed as a standardised, platform-based range, the V-Range combines engineering excellence of Versalift and Ruthmann with a strong focus on ease of use, reliability and fleet efficiency and will be sold under Versalift across Europe or France Elévateur in France. All models share a common technical foundation, delivering consistent performance and a clear, recognisable product identity across the entire lineup. V-Range significantly reduces complexity for fleet operators by using:

  • The same standardised, proportional control system “XPC”
  • A standardised hydraulic architecture
  • One electrical system across all models
  • Real TIME Connect as a standard.
Standardised V-Range

Easy to use with one control for every application

The V-Range features the fully standardised proportional control system XPC across all models. Learning how to use the control system once, enables operators to confidently use any vehicle within the range. With identical control logic across all machines, switching between vehicles is seamless and intuitive.

By consistently working with the same interface and control philosophy, operators reduce the risk of errors, improve daily productivity and build confidence more quickly — a significant advantage for mixed or high-utilisation fleets.

Easier maintenance through standardised components

The new range is built on a common hydraulic and electrical architecture shared across the entire product family. This standardisation reduces overall technical complexity and thus simplifies maintenance procedures.

Fleet operators benefit from lower spare parts stock requirements, streamlined servicing and reduced technician training – all contributing to lower operating costs and increased uptime.

Simplified fleet management

Thanks to its unified technical foundation and consistent operating philosophy, the V-Range enables faster and smoother fleet integration, particularly for rental companies. Whether expanding an existing fleet or introducing new models, the standardised approach ensures immediate compatibility, operational continuity and simplified fleet management.

Reducing downtime with Real TIME Connect

Each vehicle comes equipped with Real TIME Connect (RTC), a web‑based telematics platform that enables real‑time remote monitoring, rapid fault detection, and efficient troubleshooting. It provides graphical machine data, sensor history, geolocation, and communication via phone or TeamViewer Pilot to accelerate problem resolution and reduce downtime. An expandable architecture and integrated black box further support maintenance planning and fleet availability.

Optimised price–performance for the European rental market

The V-Range has been engineered with a clear focus on competitive pricing and optimised total cost of ownership, making it particularly attractive for European rental fleets facing changing market requirements.

Thanks to its standardised design and efficient production approach, the V-Range enables attractive rental pricing while maintaining the high quality, durability and reliability expected from Versalift products.
