KELLIE HUNTINGTON | BUSINESS SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR

My Role

As Business Support Administrator, I am based on reception. My main responsibilities are to answer the telephone and greeting visitors, customers and contractors coming into the business, ordering the stationery and uniform for all staff, communicating with internal staff and external customers. I provide administrative assistance to many of the departments within the company.

How long have you been a Business Support Administrator?

I have been involved in reception and front of house roles for about 10 years on and off. I have completed vocational qualifications in customer service and administration. I have been here at Versalift for nearly 7 months now and recently moved from Receptionist to Business Support Administrator and am really enjoying being part of a successful, growing organisation.

Favourite part of your role?

I really enjoy greeting people as they come into the business. It is nice seeing the regular faces that come in and getting to know them personally as well.

What makes you passionate about your job role?

I love interacting with people. I like making people feel welcome and I strive to make the best first impression of Versalift that I can.

I enjoy helping people with telephone enquiries as well as in person. I like to make people feel looked after, whether it’s making a drink or engaging in conversation while they are waiting.

Since my time here at Versalift, my role has changed and grown too, to help with the expansion of the business

I like to go home at the end of the day feeling like I have done my best every single day
