Description of the Role

The Versalift Group is an internationally operating manufacturer of aerial lift equipment and vehicle-mounted solutions with production and sales locations worldwide. To strengthen our finance team, we are looking for an analytical and business-oriented FP&A Analyst with an international mindset.

Responsible for (Duties)

• Responsible for plant controlling activities for one or multiple production sites
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in cooperation with Finance and Operations
• Analysis of production KPIs, cost structures, and variances
• Preparation of budgets, forecasts, and profitability analyses
• Support plant management in operational and strategic decision-making
• Monitor material, labour, manufacturing, and overhead costs
• Develop and improve reporting and controlling processes
• Prepare investment calculations and business cases
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with internal control standards
• Collaborate with international teams across the group

Personal Specification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or a related field
• Several years of experience in plant controlling or manufacturing finance
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting and manufacturing KPIs
• Advanced ERP and Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Hands-on mentality with strong communication skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Experience in an international manufacturing environment is an advantage.
