We will provide you with an improved, consistent level of service for After-Sales with the aim of increasing your uptime and productivity.  At every stage of communication, we will prioritise your safety and compliance.

When you contact us, you will be allocated a unique ticket number which is used throughout the journey of your enquiry. Your ticket number will give you full visibility with an automated system keeping you updated until the job has been completed

    Established response times for SLA and R&M customers, with automatic monitoring of response times.

    Escalation routes within the system for tickets exceeding agreed response times.

     Automated booking confirmation sent directly to you.

    Capability to schedule maintenance up to six months in advance.

    Knowledge base with quick links for technical videos.

 

There have been no changes to our contact methods; you can still reach us through the same communication routes as before. However, please note that any communication sent outside the support inboxes will not be included in the standard process and it is vital that you include a registration/serial number when reaching out to ensure a seamless experience.
