As an International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) accredited training centre, Versalift provide operator training courses for the IPAF Powered Access License (PAL card) which is required by the Health and Safety Executive as proof of satisfactory training.

The PAL Card is valid for five years and is the most widely held and recognised proof of training for platform operators. It carries all the key facts companies need to know; the date on which the holder was assessed; the expiry date by which re-training would be needed; the types of equipment that the holder has been trained to operate; the level to which the holder has been trained, e.g. operator, demonstrator and instructor, together with a holographic logo and the holder's photograph and signature to prevent mis-use.

We offer all IPAF categories for up to 6 people, over one day (subject to model), which includes provision of appropriate MEWP's, course material, certification, registration, powered access license (PAL) card, operator's safety guide and log book.

Static Boom (1b): Self-propelled booms (outriggers), trailers/push-arounds, vehicle-mounted platforms

Mobile Vertical (3a): Scissor lifts, vertical personnel platforms (mobile)

A two day course for anyone who needs to deliver hand-over demonstrations (basic instruction) of MEWPS is also available.
