Promoting a safe and effective use of powered access worldwide, it is a not-for-profit members' organisation that represents the interests of manufacturers, distributors, users, and rental and training companies.

CAP

Competent Assessed Person – Assessment Centre.
As part of IPAF, this scheme provides guidance for platform engineers and through assessments offers documentary evidence that individuals are regarded as competent persons to plan, manage and carry out thorough examinations of powered access equipment.

ALLMI

Association of Lorry Loader Manufacturers and Importers
ALLMI is the UK's only Trade Association devoted exclusively to advancing safety and standards in the lorry loader industry. ALLMI has a Technical Standards Committee which consults upon technical and legislative developments affecting the industry.
